Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for project execution including scope, schedules, budget, and quality.
  2. Plans approach and monitor progress.
  3. Manage internal and external team members.
  4. Vet schemes, calculations, drawings, specifications.
  5. Liaise with specialists / conduct design reviews/advice.
  6. Sign/Vet all incoming/outgoing correspondences.
  7. Approve / review quality of deliverables.
  8. Manage sub-consultants.
  9. Report and respond to client complaints.
  10. Ensure compliance to legal and statutory requirements and internal SHEQ and corporate compliance requirements.
  11. Implementation of SHEQ requirements within projects.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in BS Civil Engineering with Professional License.
  2. At least ten (10+) years in Engineering – Civil or equivalent.
  3. Specialized in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent (Roads, Highways and Land Development).
  4. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  5. With knowledge of file system management.
  6. With proven track record in managing stakeholders, Civil and Structural Design team.
  7. Knowledgeable in both local and international design codes and best practices.
  8. With knowledge in preparing Project Schedule, Task Budgets, and Project Implementation Plans.
  9. Able to prepare presentation materials.
  10. Willing to start immediately.
