Content Creator Job Description

We are a rapidly expanding digital agency with a unique model – we provide bespoke services to clients, operating from within their offices. Our goal is to build a team of skilled professionals who can learn on the job and help our clients enhance their digital marketing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging social content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Develop creative ideas for social media, design a content calendar, and produce compelling copy.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to create visual imagery, graphics, and videos.
  • Maintain brand consistency in tone, voice, and visual content.
  • Write clear and concise copy for posts, captions, blogs, and other social media content.
  • Craft stories that effectively convey our brand's narrative.
Community Management and Influencer Engagement:
  • Foster community interactions and engagement.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and brands for partnerships or sponsored content.
Analytics and Reporting:
  • Analyze performance data using analytics tools and generate reports to inform future content optimization.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Schedule and distribute content across various platforms using social media management tools.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources for content creation and promotion.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content aligns with our brand strategy.
  • Communicate with clients regarding content strategy, performance, and revisions.
Requirements:
  • Strong design skills, particularly in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing is essential.
  • Experience in producing digital and social media content, with a diverse portfolio showcasing your abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality B2C and B2B collateral in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation expertise.
