The Medical City Ortigas seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to lead their team in creating value by translating business unit needs into HR requirements and driving the HR agenda within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Developing HR Solutions - Identify requirements for HR frameworks, solutions, and tools to meet business needs, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements and alignment with the broader HR policy framework.
  2. Implementing HR Programs - Lead the implementation of HR programs and solutions, manage project governance, and facilitate change management.
  3. Enhancing Employee Experience - Manage employee experience, provide HR intervention and tools, clarify policies and processes, and facilitate communication and education for line employees.
  4. Managing Complex Cases - Investigate and propose solutions for complex employee relations cases in liaison with line managers, coordinate the organization's response to legal cases, and contribute to the preparation of legal submissions.
  5. Building Strategic Relationships - Manage relationships with strategic internal clients, build professional credibility, and mobilize resources to support business strategy and plans.
