About the Role

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects. As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed models of buildings and infrastructure using software such as AutoCAD and Revit.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-quality 3D models of building information models (BIMs) and other associated deliverables.
  • Work closely with project teams to provide technical support and guidance on engineering information and data from project information models.
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure that all BIM deliverables meet industry standards and company requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in BIM software and technology, and implement new tools and techniques as needed.
  • Provide training and mentorship to less experienced staff members.
  • Participate in internal meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  • Document and communicate key activities and progress to project leads.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • At least 6 months to 5 years of experience in 2D drawing production/3D parametric modeling of project information models.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D modeling software.
  • Strong technical skills in CAD/BIM design review applications such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Dynamo is an asset.
  • Knowledgeable about BIM software interoperability with other engineering design software.
  • Experience with BIM360 and ProjectWise setup is preferred.
  • Familiar with model LOD/LOI requirements.
  • Basic understanding of engineering principles.
  • Able to work independently or with minimal supervision.
