About the Role:

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities and deadlines. As a Billing Representative, you will work closely with Sales and Collections teams to drive process automation and excellence in the Order to Cash function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure orders meet/exceed billing targets by accurately interpreting complex legal agreements and verifying POs meet standards.
  • Partner with Sales and Collections to resolve billing and collections issues, including completing account reconciliations to achieve month-end and quarter-end targets.
  • Drive end-to-end process and practice improvement to deliver on process automation goals, working closely with Global Billing peers.
  • Manage external customer/stakeholder inquiries on billing processes, internal controls, and policies, providing timely and effective responses.

Requirements:

  • University/College Degree with Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in software billing function; global billing experience in the software services or high-tech industry preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of billing systems and Microsoft products. Knowledge in SAP, Sales Force would be an advantage.
  • Excellent customer service and business partner skills and experience.
  • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
