Grade School Educator

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a highly skilled and dedicated professional to shape the minds of young students.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging lesson plans, participate in collaborative sessions with colleagues, and ensure effective communication with parents.
  • Teach assigned subjects with a focus on student-centered activities, incorporating visual aids, worksheets, and quizzes to promote learning.
  • Maintain instructional materials, equipment, and facilities, ensuring they are in good condition and suitable for educational purposes.
  • Conduct regular seatwork, homework, and quizzes to assess student progress, providing timely feedback and guidance where needed.
  • Communicate effectively with parents through regular conferences, keeping them informed of their child's performance and progress.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines, attending grade-level meetings and participating in evaluations as required.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, handling disciplinary cases and referrals to the GLC as necessary.

Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education or related field.
  • Professional teaching license or certification.
  • Proven experience in elementary education, preferably with a strong background in Early Childhood Education.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexible attitude and warm personality, with a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
