About the Position

This role requires a deep understanding of customer personas, buying behaviors, and trust drivers in ecommerce, as well as experience with CAC to LTV modeling and financial optimization of marketing spend.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the full-funnel marketing strategy across BrickHouseSecurity.com and marketplaces, including:

  1. Developing and executing email marketing campaigns to increase engagement, retention, and LTV.
  2. Directing high-converting, on-brand creative (ads, landing pages, website content, product pages).
  3. Managing and optimizing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Amazon Ads) to maximize ROAS.
  4. Overseeing SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and rankings.
  5. Leading conversion rate optimization (CRO) and website improvements to drive higher sales and retention.
  6. Directing in-house and external teams for creative, web design, and marketing execution.
  7. Analyzing performance data to drive continuous optimization and smarter decision-making.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:

  • 5+ years of experience leading B2C & DTC ecommerce marketing.
  • A proven ability to develop high-converting, on-brand creative (ads, website content, landing pages).
  • A strong understanding of customer personas, buying behaviors, and trust drivers in ecommerce.
  • Experience with CAC to LTV modeling and financial optimization of marketing spend.
  • Experience managing Amazon, Walmart, and other major marketplaces.
  • Expertise in SEO, PPC, CRO, email marketing, and performance analytics.
  • Experience working with Google Analytics, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and other marketing tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to measure performance and refine strategies.
