Lead Motion Designer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Motion Designer to join our team and lead the development of high-quality animated content for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social media, and more.

Job Description

This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and producing motion graphics, animated videos, and visual effects for various digital platforms. As a Lead Motion Designer, you will be responsible for:

  • Concept Development: Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to storyboard animated content that communicates key messages and drives user engagement
  • Motion Graphics Creation: Design engaging motion graphics, animated videos, and visual effects for marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital platforms
  • Asset Animation: Animate static design assets (logos, illustrations, UI elements) to create dynamic visual experiences

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality motion design work that meets brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Proven Experience: Strong portfolio with motion graphics, animation, and video editing experience
  • Industry Expertise: At least 1 year hands-on motion design experience in iGaming, US Sweepstakes Casino, or Social Casino
  • SaaS Motion Design Experience: Experience creating motion graphics for SaaS products (explainers, UI animations)
  • Software Proficiency: Expert in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro; strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator; 3D designing skills required
