Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist Job Description

This role involves providing exceptional customer support, processing data accurately, and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Data Processing: Enter, update, and verify data with high accuracy to meet expectations.
  • Customer Support: Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent support via multiple channels.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, update inventory data, and synchronize information across systems.
  • Returns and Refunds: Process return requests, coordinate replacements, and handle refund transactions efficiently.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately enter data into platforms and generate reports.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proficiency in order processing, specifically in e-commerce platforms.
  • Data Entry: Strong proficiency in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with experience in chat, email, and phone support.
  • Inventory Management: Knowledge of inventory management and order tracking systems.
  • E-commerce Platforms: Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Sheets for tracking sales and reports.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complaints and order discrepancies, and resolve them effectively.
