Job Overview

In the role of a Laboratory Research Scientist at RCX Recruitment Inc., you will be responsible for conducting quality tests and evaluating incoming raw materials to ensure they meet our high standards. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality tests on all in-process production batches to guarantee their quality.
  • Evaluate incoming raw materials and suggest possible alternatives when necessary.
  • Rend service to address QC-related issues promptly.
  • Analyze customer complaints and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
  • Support color matching tasks.
  • Prepare monthly accomplishment reports.
  • Maintain the laboratory in good working condition.
  • Adhere to and support the Company's Internal policies and implementations related to ISO matters.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
  • Good understanding of color matching principles is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong mathematical abilities and reporting skills.
