The Senior Stock Manager plays a vital role in maintaining stock levels and adhering to food safety and inventory standards throughout their shift. They serve as production controllers, regulating the flow of food production according to product transition times as required by the shift.

This position is responsible for accomplishing station checklists related to shelf life and product traceability. Additionally, they must verify quality and accuracy of received goods, rejecting items that do not meet quality and quantity standards and reporting to the manager on duty.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate completion of daily task lists.
  • Coordinate with other stores regarding borrowing stocks.
  • Verify cleanliness of stockroom and cold storages.
  • Adhere to proper storage and stacking guidelines, practicing FIFO/FEFO and receiving handling and storage standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in stock management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory control and food safety procedures.
