Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Alteryx Developer to join our team. As an Alteryx Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex data workflows using Alteryx Designer.

You will collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, understand data needs, and build efficient workflows that drive business value.

You will use Alteryx Designer to prepare, blend, and analyze data from multiple sources, including databases, Excel, APIs, and other data systems.

You will optimize and troubleshoot workflows to improve performance and accuracy, and develop custom macros, applications, and data connectors within Alteryx.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An analytical and independent mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize data, identify trends, and project outcomes.
  • Strong proficiency in Alteryx Designer, with experience in building complex data workflows.
  • Technical expertise in PowerPoint and Excel, with knowledge of mortgage-based operating systems, including Black Knight, FHLMC Loan Selling Advisor, FNMA Loan Delivery, GNMA SFPDM.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects with accuracy, attention to detail, and limited supervision, with fast-paced turnaround times.
  • Demonstrated ability to react quickly and decisively in high-pressure situations.
