About the Role
EASMED MEDICAL SUPPLY, INC. is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Application Specialist to join our team. This key role will focus on providing clinical and technical support for our Sleep Portfolio products, including PSG, CPAP, and Sleep Wellness solutions.

Responsibilities and Deliverables
Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting training and product support for our Commercial team and customers.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare practitioners and patients.
  • Providing on-site user application support to customers through visits, phone calls, email communication, and hands-on training.

Clinical Expertise and Application
You will be expected to:
  1. Maintain a high level of clinical knowledge in Sleep Health, providing trainings and product details to doctors, patients, and clinicians.
  2. Act as the local expert and point of contact for Sleep apnea, PSG, and Sleep Wellness related matters.

After-Sales Support and Resolution
  • Provide timely and effective after-sales support to customers, handling queries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Ensure seamless patient care through follow-up on sleep therapy/sleep study as per SOP.
  • Update our CRM system with your activities.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a clinical application specialist or similar role within the healthcare industry.
  • Ideally a sleep technologist with knowledge or experience in sleep diagnosis and sleep therapy.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, medical terminology, and healthcare IT systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Degree in a relevant field such as Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or Health Informatics.
  • Ideally certified as RPSGT.
