As a skilled Graphic Designer, you'll collaborate with our design and project management teams to create compelling sign designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Delve into client briefs to understand their design needs and transform them into high-quality sign designs.
  2. Develop informative presentation slides and visual aids for clients.
  3. Effectively manage multiple design projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and AstraLab's quality standards.
  4. Analyze and revise designs based on feedback from clients and internal team members to achieve desired outcomes.
  5. Facilitate open communication with project managers and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, with a strong emphasis on vector design.
  3. Strong skills in Photoshop and InDesign.
  4. At least 3 years of experience as a graphic designer; freelance experience considered with a strong portfolio showcasing vector-based sign designs.
  5. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  6. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet stringent deadlines.
  7. Ability to accurately read and interpret design briefs.
  8. Knowledge of signage design is a plus (ex. vehicle graphics, dimensional signage, etc.)

Work Arrangements:

  1. Remote position with access to reliable internet and communication tools.
  2. Choose between two shifts:
    • 00:00 AM - 9:00 AM Manila time, Tuesday to Saturday (with a 45-minute lunch/coffee break).
    • 05:00 AM - 2:00 PM Manila time, Tuesday to Saturday (with a 45-minute lunch/coffee break).
  3. Capable of meeting tight deadlines and occasional overtime when needed.
