Creative Lead Designer

A highly motivated and experienced designer is sought after to lead the creation of engaging Amazon A+ content for our clients. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs that drive sales and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine what brand assets are available to ensure consistency across all designs
  • Work closely with team leaders to develop innovative A+ design layouts
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize content for maximum impact
  • Create stunning A+ content according to client instructions, once the design concept is approved
  • Edit product and lifestyle images in Photoshop to highlight specific features and create an emotional connection with customers
  • Develop creative briefs that meet client objectives and expectations
  • Design compelling editorial content for advertising campaigns
  • Generate innovative ideas and concepts together with the work team

Qualifications and Skills:
  • University Degree specializing in Graphic Design or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a designer in a similar role
  • Master Adobe Creative Suite at an advanced level: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe After Effects, and Premiere
  • Experience designing in Shopify will be an added benefit
  • Knowledge of 3D programs is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, A+ Content, and/or website design will be a plus
