The Senior Director of Human Resources is a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR and Talent Acquisition functions.

  • Develop and execute integrated HR and recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead strategic workforce planning and organizational design to ensure alignment with business growth and market conditions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, records management, and HR systems.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions with fairness and consistency.
  • Driving employee engagement programs that foster a high-performance culture.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading recruitment strategies for senior roles, as well as strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Experience in employer branding, ATS/HRIS systems, and recruitment marketing is also desired.
