Job Title: Data Science Engineer

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our IT team as a skilled data science engineer.

We are seeking a talented individual to drive innovation in cybersecurity, software development, and big data technology.

You will play a critical role as a global agile team member, collaborating with Solution Architects, BI Developers, Data Analysts, and stakeholders to understand their data requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Integration: Design and implement robust and scalable pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration solutions.
  • Data Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex data-related issues, performance bottlenecks, and data pipeline failures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Core Competencies (Must-have Competencies)

  • Programming: 3+ years of experience in development using Python.
  • Data Integration: 3-5+ years of experience in data integration with a solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and data integration techniques along with ETL development.
  • Web APIs: 3+ years of experience in Web APIs development.
  • SQL: 3-5+ years of experience in SQL and Data Modelling.
  • Data Security: 1+ year of experience in data level security.

Complementary Competencies (Good-to-have Competencies)

  • SAP BW, MicroStrategy.
