Job Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned leader to head our Search Engine Marketing (SEM) team. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy and execution of paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.

Key responsibilities include managing and motivating a large team of SEM specialists, building a new team in Bangkok, and conducting weekly coaching sessions and daily huddles with team members. You will also set targets for the SEM team, assess technical capabilities and cultural fit of applicants during the interview process, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing and leading large teams, extensive experience with paid ads campaigns across various platforms, and excellent analytical skills. They should also possess strong leadership skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
