Job Description

The Executive Sourcing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of global sourcing practices, contract negotiations, and supplier management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sourcing, including category management, contract negotiations, supply chain management, and supplier management.
  • A Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in the financial services or insurance industries, such as Supplier Risk Management, Operations, Customer Service, or Collections.
  • Experience with US suppliers, stakeholders, and US contracting are non-negotiable requirements.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing, with a specialized focus.
  • Sourcing experience is required, not procurement, purchasing, or source-to-pay processes.
  • Candidates from outside financial services are considered if they have a robust sourcing background.
  • Open to both managers and senior managers.
