IT Director

We are a dynamic and growing company seeking an experienced IT Head to lead our technology team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT infrastructure and services, as well as experience with computer networks, network administration, and installation.

We are offering a competitive salary of $120,000 per year for this full-time position. As the Head of Technology Operations, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our IT systems and ensure they are running efficiently and effectively.

• Manage and develop a high-performing IT team by recruiting, training, and evaluating employees, as well as communicating job expectations and monitoring performance.
• Oversee the annual IT budget and ensure cost-effectiveness, while also maintaining a focus on strategic planning and innovation.
• Monitor daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems, to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Coordinate technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Select and purchase new and replacement hardware and software, considering factors such as compatibility, scalability, and security.
• Test, troubleshoot, and modify information systems to optimize performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Generate performance reports for operating systems, providing insights into system usage and potential areas for improvement.
• Ensure all IT activities are performed within applicable laws, codes, and regulations, maintaining the highest standards of compliance and integrity.
• Evaluate technology risks and develop a comprehensive disaster recovery plan, including backup procedures and incident response protocols.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and services, with a strong track record of success.
• Experience with computer networks, network administration, and installation, as well as proficiency in computer hardware, cabling, wireless technology, and IT security.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows software, including server, office, and exchange.
• Excellent management and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and motivate teams.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities.
