Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to drive product development and business enhancement from conception to launch and beyond. This individual will focus on process strategy, marketplace growth, and integration, as well as platform and feature enhancement.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead business projects across the company.
  • Help streamline and automate processes, and continuously improve platform and toolset features.
  • Facilitate in-depth discussions with internal and external stakeholders to gather comprehensive product requirements and feedback.
Requirements Analysis and Development Lifecycle:
  • Capture high-level product requirements and translate them into detailed, actionable tasks for the development team.
  • Proactively identify and assist in prioritization based on Level of Effort (LOE) and / or Return on Investment (ROI) with respect to overarching corporate goals.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Departments to aid in the design and development of technology-based process improvements to drive automation.
Cross-Functional PM and Problem Resolution:
  • Learn a solid understanding of business and technology workflows to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate effective project completion across all stakeholders, from technology teams to various business functions, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Proactively identify and assist in the resolution of underlying conflicts, competing priorities, and roadblocks, enabling team members to achieve common goals efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience) and a minimum of 5 years of related PM experience ideally with eCommerce knowledge.
  • eCommerce Platform Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of various eCommerce platforms, ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems, Database systems, and reporting platforms.
  • Product Documentation: Proven ability to document product requirements with sufficient knowledge, detail, and clarity for technical teams.
  • Project Management Tools: Expertise in utilizing modern Project Management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

  • Strong inclination to challenge the status quo and contribute innovative ideas that drive business strategy and growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and business concepts clearly and persuasively to business audiences.
Business Acumen:
  • A strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, Kanban, GAP Analysis, SWOT Analysis and other relevant project methodologies.
  • A proven ability to work effectively and interdependently within a dynamic team environment.
