A high-achieving Account Manager is sought after to manage Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts. This role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and exceptional communication abilities.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account management, including customer service.
  • Conduct daily product listing checks to ensure accuracy and performance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with clear, proactive communication.
  • Handle product replacements, refunds, and dispute negative feedback.
  • Analyze negative reviews at the ASIN level and implement solutions.
  • Monitor seller performance metrics and address issues before they escalate.
  • Resolve stranded inventory issues to maximize sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts at a high level.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions & data analysis).
  • Detail-oriented with a high sense of accountability—you own your work.
  • Exceptional communication skills—you anticipate problems before they arise.
  • Organized, efficient, and results-driven.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with business & accounting principles.
