About This Role:

  • Review project plans and specifications to understand project requirements and ensure that all necessary resources are allocated.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other resources.
  • Analyze and compare bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the best value for money.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure estimates align with project goals and objectives.
  • Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and risks, and implement strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Maintain and update cost databases and historical cost data to inform future project planning and budgeting.
  • Assist in preparing bid proposals and presentations for clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of our services.
  • Track and report on project costs and financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Estimator, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Proficiency in estimation software, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations focusing on TELECOM/POWER/CIVIL Works projects.
