About the Opportunity

As a mid-senior level full-time employee, you will be responsible for driving the teacher training and ensuring the quality of teaching at 51Talk's Philippine office.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement teacher training programs that meet the needs of our online teachers.
  • Lead and manage a team of trainers to ensure they are well-equipped to deliver high-quality training.
  • Work closely with the QA and operations teams to ensure that training delivery is efficient and effective.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports on training success to provide updates to senior management.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in teacher training, with 2+ years in a leadership role and 3+ years of teaching experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills, proficiency with virtual training platforms and LMS, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, TESOL/CELTA certification is a plus, and ESL/ELT teaching experience to Chinese students is a plus.
