We are seeking a highly skilled Field Engineer to join our team at PGATech Group of Companies. As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This includes supervising direct crew onsite, preparing reports and documents, and coordinating with clients' representatives. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of geotechnical engineering principles, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A licensed civil engineer with at least 1 year of experience as a Field Engineer is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise direct crew onsite, ensuring work execution adheres to client specification requirements and approved construction plans
- Prepare reports and documents daily, submitting daily or weekly reports to clients
- Coordinate directly with clients' representatives to monitor daily work
- Oversees daily operations of workers and laborers
- Periodic reporting on progress accomplishment to office & client
- Responsible for receiving materials and checking if all delivered materials are complete
- Conducts survey works with the Client to verify actual conditions before start of project implementation
