Appointment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Appointment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing relationships with potential clients, scheduling appointments, and providing support to our sales department.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospecting: Engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Call Management: Answer inbound calls professionally, respond to inquiries, and convert incoming leads into scheduled meetings.
- Customer Service: Provide accurate information about products or services and ensure callers receive prompt assistance.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings between prospects, sales teams, and local dealers.
- Lead Evaluation: Assess and qualify leads to ensure a smooth transition for the sales team.
- Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and appointment statuses in the CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure scheduled meetings are confirmed and rescheduled if necessary.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on call activities, meeting outcomes, and any obstacles encountered during the process.
- Performance Improvement: Seek feedback and actively participate in training sessions to enhance coordination techniques and overall performance.
