Financial Management Position

The primary function of this role is to maintain the financial stability and health of the organization.

Duties:
  • Transaction Recording: Record all day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accurate data entry and timely completion of posting processes.
  • Tax Reconciliation: Reconcile sales taxes, payroll taxes, 401k, and bank accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Accounts Management: Process accounts receivable and payable in an efficient manner.
  • Payroll Handling: Utilize accounting software for monthly payroll processing.
  • Financial Analysis: Compile, analyze, and report financial data, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
  • Data Presentation: Present financial information to management effectively.
  • Record Maintenance: Monitor financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Audit Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies through thorough audits.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about current legislation related to finance and accounting.
  • Decision Support: Provide critical support to management by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA) or a related field. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping software and at least one year of US Payroll experience are also essential. Additionally, they must be technologically adept with PC skills, demonstrate strong analytical and communication abilities, and have a solid understanding of mathematics and accounting principles.

Requirements:
