Job Title: Creative Video Specialist

We're looking for a dynamic and innovative professional to create compelling short-form content that resonates with our audience.

This role involves collaborating closely with the founder to produce high-quality videos that showcase our mission of providing person-centered care to individuals with disabilities.

The ideal candidate will be up-to-date on the latest social media trends, able to create engaging visuals, and write effective captions that drive engagement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Staying informed about current social media trends and ensuring our content remains relevant.
  • Editing 4–5 short-form videos (20 secs each) weekly using raw footage from Google Drive, incorporating basic edits like captions, transitions, and light branding.
  • Designing on-brand graphics and maintaining a natural, authentic visual style across all content.
  • Writing engaging captions, scheduling posts for peak engagement, and publishing to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Collaborating closely with the founder for approvals, taking creative feedback well, and making necessary revisions.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in video editing tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar.
  • Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts.
  • A strong eye for visuals and storytelling through video.
  • Ability to create content matching our brand tone for kids to young adults.
  • Reliability, self-motivation, and good time management skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant short-form video and social media examples.
