Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Care Professional to join our team at MedGrocer. As a key member of our wellness and population health programs, you will play a vital role in enhancing the mental and emotional wellbeing of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, guidance and counseling, or psychology, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in counseling. You will be responsible for conducting wellness check-ins, monitoring client progress, and developing care plans using evidence-based psychological interventions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess clients' mental and emotional wellbeing through regular wellness evaluations
  • Work with the Mental Health team to develop care plans for clients using evidence-based psychological interventions
  • Coordinate with the Mental Health team for appropriate client triaging and escalations
  • Facilitate group sessions on various topics related to well-being

Requirements:

  • Must be a Registered Psychometrician
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Guidance and Counseling, or Psychology
  • At least 3 years of counseling experience required
  • Willingness to work onsite in Makati or Taguig on a shifting schedule
