About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Strategist for a full-time, on-site position in Baliuag. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, providing strategic leadership, and ensuring financial stability and growth.

The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of financial management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy Development: Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance organizational growth and profitability.
• Tax Optimization: Identify and execute legal tax-saving strategies to optimize the company's tax position.
• Pricing and Commission Structures: Analyze and improve pricing and commission structures to maximize revenue and incentivize performance.
• Cost Reduction and Revenue Enhancement: Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement across various business units.
• Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Establish and manage budgeting processes for each department to ensure financial accountability and effective resource allocation.
• Strategic Decision-Making Support: Collaborate with executive leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Financial Performance Monitoring: Monitor financial performance metrics and provide regular reports to the board of directors and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within a startup company.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• A track record of implementing successful financial strategies that lead to organizational growth and profitability.

Estimated Salary: ₱5,000,000 - ₱7,000,000 per year (approximately $100,000 - $140,000 USD), depending on qualifications and experience.
