About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a Business Growth Manager to join our team at Aboitiz Land, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets
  • To strategize on how to effectively market and promote Aboitiz Land projects
  • To identify opportunities and tap markets that will help the organization achieve its overall targets
  • To ensure that monthly and quarterly sales targets are achieved
  • To generate the team's monthly performance report
  • To assist property specialists in their duties and responsibilities
  • To promote a supportive and harmonious relationship among team members

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in managing a sales team (preferably in the real estate industry)
  • A licensed real estate broker with DHSUD license is required
  • The candidate should have a ready sales team
  • Digital selling knowledge and experience is preferred

Benefits:

  • The successful candidate can earn up to Php168,000.00 for every unit sold
  • Monthly, quarterly, mid-year and year-end incentives are available
