We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Operations and Strategy to oversee the smooth delivery of high-quality work across various disciplines.

Job Summary:

The Director of Operations and Strategy will be responsible for managing project timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Coordinate with client project managers to align goals and expectations, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Team Oversight: Oversee the work of specialists, including content creators, developers, and data analysts, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Communication: Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact project success.
• Process Improvement: Implement and maintain project management tools and processes, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Status Updates: Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management or virtual assistance.
• Skills: Proficiency in using project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp), excellent communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Qualifications: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus Skills: Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and workflows is a plus.
