About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Customer Care Associate with TORCH Solutions. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for pre-qualifying clients about their healthcare insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-qualify clients about their healthcare insurance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • BPO experience is preferable
  • You must be a high school graduate
  • Excellent communication skills are required
  • You should have no other work or school commitment
  • You must be computer literate
  • On-site work arrangement is necessary
  • You must be able to work on weekends and graveyard shifts
What We Offer

We provide free accommodation for a month, including utilities and toiletries. Our compensation package includes a competitive salary, which is estimated to be around ₱15,000 - ₱20,000 per month, depending on your experience and qualifications.
