Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned construction professional to fill the role of Site Engineer. In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and ensuring project site safety.

This is a 6-month project-based position located in Floridablanca, Pampanga. The salary range is competitive and based on qualifications and experience.

  • Provide supervision on assigned projects, ensuring compliance with approved designs and standards.
  • Manage various construction projects, prepare cost estimates, quality assurance, and implement safety standards.
  • Guide workers, liaise with vendors, and check the quality of materials.
  • Provide technical advice and suggestions for improvement.
  • Validate quantity, condition, and approval of materials on site prior to issuing invoices.
  • Attend selected tests and review all applicable test reports and results.
  • Keep the government sponsor advised as to the status of projects under administrative and technical control.

Qualifications To Be Successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Must be a licensed engineer or architect.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, QC Manager, Construction Manager, or Inspector.
  • At least two years of experience as a Superintendent.
  • Familiar with EM requirements and experienced in hazard identification and safety compliance.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license required, with willingness to travel to different project sites.
