Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, with expertise in planning and executing online marketing campaigns across various platforms. This role will focus on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and improving online presence to contribute to the company's growth.

Campaign Management:
  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that meet our business objectives. You will need to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and adjust your strategies accordingly.

Content Creation & Strategy:
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging digital content, including blog posts, social media content, newsletters, and ad copy.

You will work closely with our content team to create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience. Your goal will be to develop a content strategy that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Social Media Management:
  • Oversee social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), creating posts, managing ad campaigns, and analyzing engagement metrics to enhance the brand's presence.

You will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our social media strategy.

Analytics & Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting tools. Prepare reports and make recommendations based on data insights.

You will use data analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations to optimize our marketing efforts.

Email Marketing:
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and performance analysis.

You will be responsible for developing and managing email marketing campaigns that drive conversions, sales, and revenue growth.

Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Content, Design, and Product, to ensure alignment on digital marketing strategies.

You will collaborate with our internal teams to ensure alignment on our digital marketing strategy, ensuring that everyone is working towards the same goals.

Trend Research:
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, advertising, and technology to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.

As a digital marketing specialist, it's essential to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing. You will be responsible for researching and staying current with industry developments, adjusting our marketing strategy accordingly.

Ad-Hoc:
  • Plan and execute internal digital campaigns designed to promote employee engagement, as well as other requests from management, such as special initiatives, internal communications, and events.

You may also be responsible for planning and executing internal digital campaigns to promote employee engagement and other business initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications or specialized training are a plus.
  • Proven experience (minimum of 2 years) in marketing, advertising, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, market research, digital marketing, and campaign management.
  • Proficient in using marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, email marketing software, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices, trends, and regulations.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
