Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud-based infrastructure and services, with a focus on Microsoft Azure.

This role involves working with clients to identify their IT needs and providing solutions that meet those needs. You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing cloud-based infrastructure, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience working with cloud servers, services, and software. They will also have experience with ITIL processes and associated ITSM systems and service portals for Incident and Change Management.

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. They will also be proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for problem-solving and learning new technologies.

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility and adaptability. You may be required to work extended hours or on weekends/holidays to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based infrastructure for clients
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-based infrastructure
  • Work with clients to identify their IT needs and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience working with cloud servers, services, and software
  • Experience with ITIL processes and associated ITSM systems and service portals for Incident and Change Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with a passion for problem-solving and learning new technologies
