Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct impactful orientation sessions for sales teams.
  • Lead employee onboarding and training to ensure timely accreditation as property specialists.
  • Develop targeted sales skills development programs for sales professionals.
  • Plan and facilitate quarterly general assemblies, planning sessions, award ceremonies, sales rallies, and other sales force events.
  • Interview and evaluate sales agent applicants to ensure alignment with the company's standards.
  • Recommend and implement training initiatives for sales managers and high-potential sales staff.
  • Develop effective training materials and resources to support learning.
  • Closely coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training activities.
Employee Development
  • Conduct Training Needs Analyses (TNA) to identify employee development requirements.
  • Collaborate with managers to validate training needs and prioritize learning initiatives.
  • Source, coordinate, and manage external training providers for leadership and technical programs.
  • Design and implement evaluation tools to measure training effectiveness.
  • Foster team cohesion through teambuilding workshops and group development sessions.
