Call Center Trainer
About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Call Center Trainer to join our team. As a trainer, you will be responsible for conducting effective training sessions for trainees, collaborating with co-trainers and managers, and identifying training needs and developing training plans based on business objectives.
Responsibilities- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing employees.
- Collaborate with management and other trainers to identify training needs and develop curriculum.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of training progress and performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in training or teaching role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
- Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms.
