About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in human resources to drive business growth, improve employee engagement, and enhance organizational performance. As a Workforce Development Professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs, managing performance evaluations, and analyzing workforce metrics to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Manage the performance evaluation process, including goal setting, regular check-ins, and annual reviews.
  • Analyze workforce metrics, such as turnover rates, time-to-hire, and quality of hire, to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement retention strategies, recognizing and rewarding high-performing employees, and promoting a positive work culture.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Human Resources Specialist or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and performance improvement techniques.
