Job Summary

As a Recruitment Marketing and Analytics Expert, you will play a critical role in developing and executing the Employer Brand and Talent Marketing strategy across various digital platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, and display advertising.
  • Analyze data-driven insights to optimize CTRs, ad spend, ROAS, and other relevant key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to design job-specific marketing campaigns.
  • Enhance job advertisements and utilize data analytics to track campaign success.
  • Run paid advertising and sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Create dashboards and reports on talent marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Employer Brand, Talent Marketing and Talent Acquisition peers to optimize HelloFresh's digital talent marketing footprint.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and improve recruitment efforts.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related field.
  • At least five years of experience in performance marketing; knowledge and experience in talent marketing is an advantage.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment; experience in shared services environment is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships across diverse geographies/location and business areas.
  • Strong understanding of digital media platforms and trends.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager).
  • Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization to enhance campaign performance.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes is an advantage.
