Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing payment requests to suppliers, service providers, and other non-insurance related transactions.
  • Audit and record expense claims to ensure accurate charging to accounts and cost centers.
  • Verify the accuracy of employee cash advances and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct monthly reviews and reconciliations of all general and administrative expenses.
  • Coordinate the preparation of necessary schedules for encoding and e-filing of BIR Returns.
  • Verify the accuracy of assigned tax-related accounts and maintain reconciliation records.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of original Payment Vouchers and other documents.
  • Assist in preparing required schedules and supporting materials during year-end audits and examinations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information and customer data.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking or equivalent.
  • No prior experience required, but an advantage if related.
  • Familiarity with basic Accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
