Job Title: Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing plans, details and documents for management approval, meetings, coordination with stakeholders, budgeting and site implementation.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in AutoCADD & SketchAPP Technology, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
  • A professional license is required and a Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture is necessary for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare architectural plans, specifications and blueprints for construction projects.
  2. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project completion within timeline and budget.
  3. Initiate ordering of architectural materials through bid or PR form.
  4. Attend site inspections and pre-construction assessments.
  5. Monitor project status and inspect mock-ups.
  6. Project documentation and filing from start to close-out.
