We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Team Lead to join our team in Cebu. As a key member of our AP leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the processing of account payables.

This role involves managing a functional team of accounts payable professionals, ensuring accurate and timely processing/handling of payables for specified regions and business segments. You will also investigate and correct escalated issues while maintaining positive relationships with internal and external customers.

  • Operational Management:
  • Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in accounts payable processing.
  • Oversee the integration of business process transitions, improvements, and technology enablements into operations.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Maintain supplier relationships through well-managed AP transactions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and operating companies.
  • Performance Management:
  • Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide continuous feedback to team members.
  • Support career development within the hire-to-retire cycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
  • Minimum three (3) years' Accounts Payable experience in a manufacturing context.
  • Experience managing data in large ERP systems, Oracle preferred.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Excel.
