We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling various banking transactions. Your primary focus will be on cash handling and processing, including deposits, withdrawals, and check encashment. You will also be responsible for verifying signatures and posting transaction adjustments to the current account/savings account terminal at the start of each banking day.

Additionally, you will be involved in accepting and processing various fund transfers and remittances payments, as well as handling outward clearing operations. Your role will also involve selling the bank's products and services to customers, providing them with opportunities to enhance their financial well-being.
