This remote position requires hands-on experience with ADP Celergo and payroll project management for large-scale operations in multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans for global payroll process changes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on ADP Celergo, providing technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
- Manage large-scale payroll changes, focusing on strategic planning, skill requirements, and staffing alignment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and communicate each stage of payroll process changes.
- At least 5 years of experience as a project manager for global payroll in large-scale organizations.
- Previous experience as a subject matter expert on ADP Celergo.
- PMP Certification is preferred.
- Strong payroll technical acumen with the ability to communicate complex topics effectively to non-technical audiences.
