About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze business requirements through interviews, process mapping, and research
  • Develop clear and concise requirements that guide project development
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Facilitate discussions to prioritize requirements based on business value and feasibility
  • Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals
  • Utilize SAP Business One and Power BI to perform comprehensive data analysis that supports data-driven decision-making processes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Data Analyst
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
  • Strong documentation skills with attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and practices
