Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical project needs.

  • Analyze business rules and align them with platform configuration options
  • Solve client implementations based on their needs and platform architecture
  • Facilitate meetings for site configuration and delivery
  • Manage and track progress on client deliverables
  • Review sites and usage metrics to identify issues
  • Work with clients to encourage platform adoption and usage
  • Review and respond to support tickets and client correspondence
Requirements:
  • Preferably 2-4 years of experience in client-facing roles, including business analysis and/or technical project management
  • Experience working in customer-facing capacities, especially in client support or success roles
  • At least 3 years of experience collaborating with technical teams as a QA, BA, and/or PM
