Responsibilities:

  • MIS Reporting: The MIS Officer develops and maintains MIS reports for monitoring new origination and existing portfolio.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Ensures accurate reports on a timely basis by following a structured process to ensure compliance with the approved SLA.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborates with various departments through regular discussions to have a better understanding of performance data trends and other reporting requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Able to deal with databases (Data Warehouse knowledge), perform analysis and spot data errors.
  • Experience with data tools – SAS, SQL, R, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and logical thinking.
  • Advanced computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in English both speaking and writing.
  • Good organization and communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Result-oriented and a team player.
  • Ability to work under pressure to deliver multiple tasks within timelines.
  • Can-do attitude and learning mindset.
  • Ability to build good relationships and trust with cross-functional teams and business leaders.
  • Proactive with initiatives aligned with business direction.
  • Values integrity at work and is trustworthy.
