Job Summary:

The Treasury Specialist will primarily monitor the company's financial health and liquidity status. He/She will help ensure that the company has sufficient sources of cash flow to operate at optimal levels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create periodic treasury-related reports, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly summaries.
  • Monitor cash flow and daily transactions, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Select and utilize financial technology and administrative methods to optimize treasury operations.
  • Assess risk and predict future cash flows and liquidity needs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate with the team to provide regular updates on the company's financial status and progress towards its objectives.
  • Participate in compliance with all relevant regulations and taxes.
  • Verify preparation and follow through with signatories for key financial documents.
  • Contribute to recommendations for improving financial performance and success.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good working attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
