About the Position

We are seeking a qualified professional to fill the role of Store Cashier at NCCC Mall Tagum. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Business or any 4-year course and have sufficient background in cashiering with POS experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate calculations to collect payments and provide change as needed.
  • Operate various point-of-sale equipment, including registers, scanners, scales, and credit/debit card terminals.
  • Maintain accurate cash handling records and generate reports for sales transactions.
  • Ensure all prices and quantities are accurate, and provide receipts to customers upon completion of transactions.
  • Handle exchanges and refunds in an efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage cash drawer accurately and maintain a clean, organized checkout area.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrate trustworthiness, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Minimum 1 year/s experience in a similar industry, preferably in a retail setting.
  • Average communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer literacy.
